Decorated with a textured surface made from of hat in 2 styles of pink ribbon, a wide mesh riddon and a thiner woven ribbon, these are woven and pleated together then hand stitched to the netting to create the hats textured surface. Label on inside of hat reads: PANDA / MADE IN ENGLAND
