DescriptionTarifa is a town in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia, on the southern coast of mainland Spain. The town is located on the Costa de la Luz where the Mediterranean and the Atlantic meet, and across the Strait of Gibraltar lies Morocco. It is known as one of the world's most popular destinations for wind sports.
Kay was a Scottish artist born on the Isle of Arran who trained at Glasgow School of Art. He was a member of the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour, the Royal Scottish Academy and the Glasgow Art Club.
