DescriptionNational Working Rules book used by Lion Foundry. Published by the Scottish Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting industry, Second Edition - 1976. Blue card cover with an inverted St. Andrews cross and black printed text, paper pages with black and red printed text. Inscribed on the front cover in red ink is 'Wages Dept. Copy'. Stapled to the inside front cover is a sheet of printed paper detailing 'Scottish Joint Industry Board Wages 1978', various inserts are pasted or stapled to inside pages regarding rule changes and updates to information, stapled to the inside back cover are two booklets titled 'National Working Rules Appendix VI SJIB guidelines for safety representatives and safety committees in the electrical contracting industry in Scotland' and 'National Working Rules Appendix V Guidelines for the appointment of and tenure of office by shop stewards in the Electrical Contracting Industry in Scotland'
