TitleEmpire Cream Maker
DescriptionThis piece of equipment was for making cream at home. It would be fixed to a worksurface using the butterfly screw at the bottom, and a jar or bowl placed below the protruding funnel under the metal cup (to catch the resulting cream). A heated butter & milk mixture would then be poured into the cup and the handle pumped up & down to emulsify the mixture into cream.
