DescriptionThis blanket was made collectively by 4 family members. It was crocheted during the ‘black-out’ in the first winter of the second world war. Small balls of bright colours, only a yard or two, were unrationed. Other scraps came from ripped-out clothing like jumpers, and socks (navy blue)
