TitleBlack Wedding Jacket
DescriptionBlack wedding jacket with pleasted cream lace neckline which was added in 1912. Black bead detail at sleaves, neckline and waist. lace detail at cuffs. 4 large buttons and eye detail at front of bodice. 13 metal hook and eye fastenings from waist to neckline. 15 beaded jet buttons from waist to neckline below button and lace detail. linen waistband fastened by 2 metal hook and eyes with metal hook to fasten jacket to skirt. linen hoops at sleaves. 8 baleen supports from waist up bodice. 5 plastic supports an neck. weights at waist. cotton lining. double sleaves, top 1/2 length, bottom full length.
