TitleEvening Dress
DescriptionCream evening dress. Elbow length sleeves. Lace edged cuffs. Cuffs with 2 bows and slipstitch embroidery. Square lace lineed neckline. Pleats over sholders and down fron to centre waist to create V. V at front lace. Waistband of 4 pleats with 2 ribbon flowers at front. V of frenchknot embroidery down back of bodice. Full length A-lined skirt with 2 net overskirts, 1 knee length (or 1/2 length), 1 waist length (or 1/4 length). Satin panel down back of skirt edged with frenchknot embroidery and piping and ornate velvet tassel detail at end. Lined bodice. Bodice boned at waist. 5 poppers around left sholder fastened by 21 hook and eyes and 10 poppers down front bodice, left waist and back skirt. Tie at neckline. Waistband with label: J.B. GOODWILLIE / ROSE BANK / PEEBLES
