TitleDumbarton Volunteer Rifles Officers Belt
DescriptionDumbarton Volunteer Rifles Officers belt. White leather. Rectangular silver buckle, decoration in line with direction of belt indicating belt worn over shoulder. Belt decoration a silver coloured elephant on brass cross below St Andrew and banner 'FORTITUDO ET FIDELITAS' and above banner Dumbartonshire Volunteers. 2 straps with buckles at rear of belt, 1 long 1 shorter. Longer one at 'top' end of the belt, hook attached to loop at shorter of loops.
