DescriptionDumbarton Volunteer Rifles Officers belt. Red leather and ivory leaf woven decorative ribbon. decorative ribbon for loops. strip of red leather and ivory ribbon across belt. Metal belt buckle, silver with copper cross and brass banners. Silver coloured elephant on copper cross. Banners read 'FORTITUDO ET FIDELITAS' above elephant and 'DUMBARTONSHIE VOLUNTEERS' below elephant. '39 waist' written on red leather.
