Description

The Crow Tavern, Kirkintilloch Road, Bishopbriggs. This public house was established in 1827 and is still in existence today. The building was altered in 1902-03 by Alexander McDonald of the Glasgow firm McDonald and Currie and later alterations were carried out in 1953. The tall box on the wall, underneath the street number, dates from the time of the trams. This 'Bundy' was used by the driver to stamp his time card.
