Rev. & Mrs. T. Angus Morrison

St. Mary's Parish Church. Group including Reverend T. Angus Morrison and Mrs Mary Morrison nee Smillie. Rev. Morrison was minister of Kirkintilloch Parish Church for 51 years until his sudden death in 1941. He was an invested and active member of the town and saw the building of the new St. Mary's Parish Church at Townhead Bridge. Rev. Morrison and Mary married in 1894, they had seven children, four girls and three boys. Mary moved to Edinburgh after her husband's death and remained there until her own death in 1959.
