Letter from Wm Coutts to Father mentioning that he is waiting for a boat to Batoum, on the side of the Black Sea. Will fall into the "18 months Active Service" group in July, but there are men who have been there since Jan. 1917 without leave. Frustrated at the "dilly-dallying of the Peace Conference".
