Letter from Wm Coutts to Father in which he mentions that he expects to be spending his summer holidays in Tiflis. Application from his employer was returned marked "Army of Occupation". Informed that they're liable to be retained until April 1920- and there's 70-90 men to go on leave before the men enlisted after 1/17 do- 5 men per fortnight are currently going on leave, so it will be a while before William is able to.
