Letter from Wm Coutts to Father saying that he still has no idea how long he'll be there- doesn't expect the signing of peace will make any difference. Expresses his dislike of the government at home- "what a hopeless lot they all are". Also express his dislike at having to miss Church Parade on a Sunday, and the absence of "press news".
