Letter from Wm Coutts to Father mentioning his reluctance to "settle down" with his employers on return. Only 38 men have been released since the signing of peace, and none of those enlisted after Jan. 1917. The rumour now is that they are not leaving. Offered the Regimental. Sgt. Major Job, but refused it.
